We love staying at NBP! This time, we stayed in the towers and some construction was going on. There was a lot of dust from that, and out allergies were really affected by the dust. Other than that, the room was clean, except in my niece's bed, there was a lot of little black hairs on her sheets and in the middle bathroom all over the floor and shower. There was a lamp broken and the master TV was unplugged, so I had to call someone to fix that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Sad our stay was not comfortable.

We usually stay here when we come to the beacch, however this time our UNit was not up to par, The bathroom had mold built up around the shower doors. the bathroom had one of the sinks clogged. tyhe drain cover in the shower was bent and could potentially cut our foot. Also the bathroom despirately needed painting. The living room furniture (couch) was so worn down, that it felt like we was sinking down. The bedroom mattress was not comfortable at all. We sincerely feel the owners of this property shoud do upgrades. The otoman in the bedroom was dirty. There was clear visible stains on it. The amount of money a person spends here shouldl refect the quality of the unit. It did not!

Stayed in a Villa and it was a clean, and fresh smelling, unlike the first villa they tried to place us in it was unexceptable living conditions, foul smell and dirty couch, very unclean environment.

Love the beach view! Love the resort except for the construction. Front desk at check-in was not very thorough. I felt rushed with a lot of info thrown at me.
