This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, townhouse located at Barefoot Golf Resort. You'll enjoy the peace & quiet of this golf community and enjoying the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 8 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen in the 4th bedroom. (no garage access)

This townhome offers a spacious first and second floor layout that will offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & free parking. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a screened patio area off the back of the property.

The Havens has it's own private community pool & BBQ area. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse. Beautiful property and neighborhood, the pictures are accurate. BBQ grill was missing and you have to drive to the garbage dumpster, property only allows 1 car because there is no access to the garage however I will definitely recommend this property and rental company

Excellent 4bdrm

This was a replacement for a 4bdrm we rented but got flooded out the day of check-in. North Beach Realty got us this unit for us right away and got everything ready before we arrived. Oceanfront 4bdrm condo was a pleasant experience!! We will absolutely consider this unit in the future MB golf trips!

House was nice and in a great location. Having to pick up keys and take them back to.the office was inconvenient. Beds were not very comfortable. All the signs posted telling us what we could be charged for was unwelcoming.
