NOTE: The 5th bedroom has access from the ground and is totally separate from the main house. You must walk outside to get to this private little suite from the main house.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Private driveway. No street parking allowed.



Entry: Use of stairs is required for this property. Self check-in with keypad.



Living Area: Spacious couch & additional seating! Perfect for the whole family.



Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Bedroom 1 - King bed



Bedroom 2 - King bed



Bedroom 3 - Queen bed



Bedroom 4 - 2 sets of bunk beds .



Bedroom 5 (SEPARATE FROM MAIN HOUSE) -Queen bed & bunk (with 2 Queens)



Bathrooms - 3 full bathrooms.



Washer & Dryer - Private machines!



Televisions: All TVs have cable and/or streaming!



Patios/Balconies/Decks: Tons of space on both the front and back of the house to enjoy the views and peaceful sounds of nearby nature. Fenced in back yard! Private swimming pool!



The pool is cleaned weekly, on Tuesdays.



Beach: Short walk to nearby beach access. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



The golf cart is NOT included, but you can rent one nearby.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire house for themselves. Except private locked owners closets.



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in a popular spot in North Myrtle Beach - which makes for a perfect vacation! Directly across the street from the beach!



✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 18 miles

🏌️ Myrtlewood Golf Club is about 12 miles

🏢 Barefoot Landing is about 3 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc.

2 pets max per stay, pet fee: $150 per stay



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older



Max guest count is 18.



PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

We give our guests space but are available through the booking platform should you need us.
