I reserved and paidby Travelocity only to find that the front desk person also charged me for the room. She was very scattered and had confused paperwork when we checked in so I wish I would have double checked. Last thing I want to do on a trip is have to deal with this mess that should have been easier. The hotel itself is lovely and the cleaning people and cook are delightful

I was extremely disappointed that I could not cancel this reservation due to the bad weather in this area. No travel advised and I couldn't cancel? But if I had booked this reservation directly with the hotel, I am sure I could have called and canceled. I won't ever be using Expedia again.

Decent Stay, Very Run Down

Stopped on our way home from being out West. Hotel is pretty dated. Furniture in room was really wore out. Not the cleanest, dead bugs collected on window sill. Not that the room wasn't cleaned well, it's just run down past the point of a quick clean getting the job done. Duct tape to seal up window, which makes me thing bugs collected after the room was last cleaned. Very pet friendly though, which is a big plus.

Wonderful hotel, courtyard for dogs

Love this hotel. Very nice rooms, the courtyard where the dogs can be free is so wonderful after long days traveling in the car. Really appreciate the hospitality of this hotel.
