Horrible check in gave us a dirty room, there was cockroaches in the room fridge didnt shut, pool shut down by health dept

We found out why the room was so much less than the competition. Room(s) were in disrepair and filthy. My room didn't even have a phone or a clock. There were patches of some sort of dirty remnants in several places on the floor. We will NEVER go there gain!

Light bulbs out....lamps in the toilet...broken fan
No one came to clean after the 1st night there.
No exchange if towels either

The staff was nice. There were cockroaches in our room. There was black mold in all the corners. Our first room had profanity written on the mirror. The pool was a swamp. The beds were comfy.

The swimming pool was GREEN. I was given a shopping cart to get my luggage. There was graffiti on the bathroom mirror. Bed was comfortable

Terrible place. I asked for a refund and was declined. There was mold, room was dirty and smelled. Towels weren't cleaned. Do not recommend
