2BR Luxury Oceanfront Condo at North Pointe

Welcome to paradise! Relax in a spacious 2BR/2BA oceanfront completely renovated and fully updated condo located on 200ft of sandy beach in the quiet and beautiful North Side/Cayman Kai area. Enjoy incredible views of the Caribbean Sea, relax on the huge screened lanai, and unwind in the ocean breeze by the pool.

This unit has been completed renovated and remodeled in 2022. Furniture was professionally selected by Bill Cox at the renowned FurnitureLand South in North Carolina. (https://www.furniturelandsouth.com/design-consultants/1196)

North Pointe is a small, 10-unit condominium complex with a community pool, kiddie/wading pool, and private beach. This unit is 1250 square feet and can sleep 6 with two king bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, two full baths and ocean views from almost every room. This second-floor condo is a comfortable home base for your Cayman vacation. It is fully furnished and is stocked with all the necessities you will need for a relaxing vacation.

North Side is a quieter, more relaxed area than the busy Seven Mile Beach, but still has restaurants, great public beaches, bars, and groceries nearby. Plenty of activities are available just a few miles away at Rum Point, where you can catch a short boat ride to Sting Ray City to swim with the stingrays, snorkel, or have a Mudslide right where they originated! Venture a little further past Rum Point to Starfish Beach where you can see the starfish. You're also only 15 minutes from East End where you can see the Blow Holes or scuba dive at some of the best diving sites in the Caribbean. You can also go to Seven Mile Beach to shop duty-free at Camana Bay, eat at great restaurants, or explore the beaches. No matter your vacation pace, there is always plenty to do on Grand Cayman!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The beds are comfortable and the ocean views from both bedrooms is fantastic. The only negative thing is that the beach is pretty rocky so we didn’t walk or swim near the condo. We had a small issue with the TV and the owners were quick to respond and the issue was resolved very quickly. Overall, we would sty again.

This oceanfront condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, in a building with 10 units. There is a beautiful pool with an outside shower and steps down to the beach. Bring water shoes to walk over the ironstone at the shoreline. Snorkeling was better 5 minutes drive away at Cayman Kai public beach. The condo was thoughtfully furnished and well equipped with kitchen essentials and extra sheets and towels. We would stay here again.

The stay at North Pointe condos was wonderful. We had an issue with a smoke detector and the property manager had it taken care of relatively quickly. It was a Sunday which can be a challenge.

We had a great time at Cayman Escape ! The condo was very welcoming. The decor was beautiful, with a comfy cosy feel. It had all the amenities you would need. I would highly recommend it my family or friends.

Not enough superlatives!

This condo is a gem! We loved the location on the quiet side of Grand Cayman, and it was a great base from which to explore the island (our first visit here), and an even better place to “come home” and relax. The view was beautiful, the pool always sparkling clean, and the small complex meant never more than a handful of people around. Peace and tranquillity at its finest! The condo was lovely, but also very comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly responsive to even our simple questions. Highly recommend—and we hope to return!

This was hands down the best rental I've stayed in.

My wife, brother, sister in law, 6 I stayed for 5 nights, and we were blown away. This rental was clean, updated, and on the beach. What more can you ask for? the check-in and out were very easy. This was an amazing experience, and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cayman Escape

The condo and property were great! Just as advertised! We have stayed in several VRBO’s and this was by far the nicest. On check in, we had a logistical issue that the property manager rectified immediately! Joy was also quick to provide solid local recommendations that were spot on! This property is an escape from crowds! You will need to travel via car to go anywhere. Joy recommended Tukka East for food and it was outstanding! We also liked Morrits on the east end bar and grill Mimi’s, for lunch. Very convenient to Starfish Point and the Kaibo Boat area. Thanks Joy and Leon for a great stay!

Winter getaway

Spectacular, the condo was all you could ask for and then some. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very peaceful. It was supplied with little extras and LOVED the soft bathrobes!!! such a nice treat after a shower. Great place to unwind and relax. Although the pool and the beach are shared, rarely was there anyone there. The location is on the Northside of the island and only a few minutes from Rum Point, a favorite of ours...nice beach and good food. Never disappointed. Several great restaurants a few miles away, all with dining on the water. We would definitely go back, 10 days was not enough
