Extremely clean

Property very well maintained, nicely renovated and super clean. Very nice common areas, so close to the beach and to the boardwalk, and a quiet location as the property is close to the end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and very nice. Be aware that the futon is on the hard side (fine for kids, but not for adults).

The condo is very clean and cozy, well furnished with all the basics. That includes light cooking in the kitchenette, which we did to save effort and money (quick eggs, bacon, and coffee in the morning, for example, before packing sandwiches for the beach). Art communicated great and was very kind. One of the pools is heated, and there is a hot-water shower on the ground floor to clean off sand. Laundry is on the floor and takes quarters; we only needed one dry cycle for some wet clothes at night but it was still convenient to have. The walk to the sand/boardwalk was super easy and short, which is a plus with kids in tow. The beds slept great. My only concern was that the sectional in the 2025 picture didn't really allow sleeping (wood frame catches your side/back) but Art said he planned to replace it in the off season. Because there was a queen bed, the three of us were good, though. The building was quiet at night. I've stayed in a variety of rentals in WW and I've seen some that were sketchy, but this place was well-kept and clean. It's a solid choice if you have a small group and want to be close to the water and to have a step up in quality from your average motel. I'm glad we picked it. Thanks!!

Perfect location. Close to anything you would want to see and do! You go down the elevation and are on the boardwalk in a few steps, listening to the waves crash on the shore. Art was an excellent host. He checked on us several times to make sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay! A definite do-over!

This condo is in an absolute great location. Property is small but fit our family of three great. It really does have everything stocked and ready to go. There was a car parked in the reserved parking spot when we arrived. I emailed Art and he called me within minutes and the car was gone a few minutes after that. Very, very responsive. This top floor, end unit was everything I could ask for and more. Very clean with updated appliances and bathroom. Central to all Wildwood has to offer. Property also has two pools, a deck for grilling and a rooftop deck that offers views of the whole island. Property owner was available and accommodating throughout the entire trip. I am already looking forward to booking again!

Perfect stay for our family of 4!! We had a great long weekend with a great place to stay! Super clean, well stocked, & well decorated! As soon as we arrived (a hour before check in) the office staff was super kind and accommodated us with pool passes and our parking space right away. We would definitely recommend & stay again!! Highly recommend!! This was a wonderful place to stay and the perfect location! The host was very communicative and friendly! My husband and I stayed here for the week of July 4th and couldn't be happier. The place was great for just my husband and I. Place came with towels and linens, dishes, small fridge, and couch for relaxing. Place was very clean and tidy. Only a block off the boardwalk and close to many food options and attractions. 2 pools on the premise and they were never over crowded. The other residents and staff were friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely book again!
