Very good staff very helpful lovely rooms if I had 1 fault we couldn’t get the thermostat to work in the room to turn the heating up so the room was a little bit chilly

Err NO THANKS!
Publié le 6 nov. 2023 sur HotelsCleanliness could have been better but the biggest issue was no heating or hot water for the 2 nights we were there which totally ruined the weekend. Honestly if you are going to visit in the area I would say, don’t waste your hard earned money, stay elsewhere. Definitely not worth the cost or the risk of having cold showers during your stay.
I complained to the manager on our departure who has since sent me an email offering us a free 3 night stay as compensation. My answer I’m afraid will be ‘no82nothanks’.
