The staff were rude with them bursting into our room one night of which I then tried to close the door a bit and just speak to her myself through a smaller gap explaining that people in the room were undressed and she shouted that she didn’t care and burst the door open in front of otheir guests outside the room too! The food was horrible they gave my friend an undercooked lasagne so she sent it back and then they served it to her absolutely burnt to a crisp. They also ran out of water for hours in 30 degree heat!

Dear Mr. Gemma. You forgot to write that the incident happened at 2 o'clock at night when it was night time and you were shouting and listening to music. As the owner, I came to warn you about other guests because nobody could sleep. As far as the kitchen is concerned, you have consumed something every day and if the food is as bad as you say you would not come again every day to consume the food. Before leaving, you said that you were cool and everything was fine and now you are saying something completely different.
