Die Unterkunft wurde kurzfristig und ohne eine email oder sonst eine andere Kommunikation nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich rief an und wollte wissen wie die Übergabe stattfinden soll. In diesem Telefonat wurde mir das Appartement storniert und es wurde behauptet, dass diese Anzeige eigentlich vom Appartment Eigentümer nicht mehr über Expedia online sein dürfte. Der junge Mann sagte, dass es keine Abbuchung geben wird und das dies alles damit in Ordnung sei. Ich stand nun ohne Unterkunft mit meinem Sohn kurz vor Novi Sad und musst ein fast doppelt so teures Hotel kurzfristig direkt buchen! Jetzt sehe ich, dass die Kosten doch noch abgebucht wurden und JETZT REICHT MIR DAS THEATER !!!
Ich erwarte die vollständige Rückerstattung von allen Kosten !!!
