Pretty much perfect hostel

Clean hostel in great location close to the station and city centre. Vibe was very quiet. Good showers and facilities, comfy beds - even had privacy curtains. Windows in dormitory open fully which helped a lot on hot summer nights. Couldn’t fault it.

Lovely place.

Great room for three sisters. We had a little kitchen with all the crockery and utensils we needed for our breakfasts. The shower was a bit rubbish as it went from hot to cold several times during the showering process. The hotel/hostel is in a great position gir the train station and the old town.

My husband and I are in our 70’s, and made this reservation because the price seemed reasonable. We did not realize that rooms did not have bathrooms en suite, and were quite distressed when we got there and realized our mistake. BUT: we will return, better prepared (bathrobes!) because the place is wonderful. Super clean, new, tasteful decor. Excellent bathrooms. Good staff, good breakfast (WARM bread/rolls, meats and cheeses, freshly cooked and warm eggs, great coffee machine…) Also: excellent location steps away from U-Bahn stop Opernhaus (U2, which is the line that goes to airport), and Germanisches Museum.

The 4 single bed apartment included a functional kitchenette with a dining table (microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster) and a bathroom with seperate WC. Perfect for 4 adults. Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and spoke English well. Parking was at the rear of property with a gate for security. Property is just inside the city wall and us walking distance to the Altstadt.

Great for Xmas Market

Great location, good value for Christmas market season. The hotel rooms do not have private bathrooms, which I did not realize when booking, so I will hear about that from my family for a very long time. Otherwise perfect. Super awesome staff.

Comfortable room within walking distance to the train station and Old Town Nürnberg. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and sufficient. I had a beautiful view of the Opera House from my room. The only down-side was the noise at night. Rowdy, loud people outside the hostel could clearly be heard in the room even with windows closed. I could also hear my neighbor snoring loudly at night as if he were in my room! Nevertheless, I would love to stay here again!

My stay was pretty decent. I like that each bunk has curtains that provide privacy. I felt like the lighting in the room I was in was too dim and had to wait for daylight to do most things I needed to do. Bathrooms were kept clean. The hostel is walkable to the old town and train station
