Bedroom #2/den has couch that converts to full-size bed. Day bed in living room has twin mattress. Full size appliances, fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer in cottage.
Walking distance to College Avenue shops and restaurants, UC Berkeley and BART. Parking space available, but many people come without a car. Elmwood neighborhood has a library, bank, movie theater, 2 bookstores and many great restaurants and shops. Great location for visiting Berkeley, or as a base for exploring San Francisco and northern California.
