We had a fantastic experience. We stayed one night. The staff who checked us in was amazing, and the staff who checked us out was also amazing, housekeeping, too, and the staff in the dining room great too. Very clean and spacious.

Staff was attentive and pleasant. To enter the hotel you have to get on Castro Valley blvd and go around the building if youre coming from San Leandro. And i wish beeakfast was open til10a not 9:30.

The stay experience was very easy and comfortable! I loved that there was a putt-putt place nearby as well as food options and a gas station in case we needed anything. But also the hotel itself had a lot of amenities and anything that we did need, they happened to have. Their breakfast was incredibly yummy with lots of options as well as a popcorn machine in the lobby was a cute touch! All the staff was very friendly and the room was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Very conveniently located and walkable to shops and restaurants. We stay there every time we need to stay overnight in Castro Valley and have done so for a number of years. Value for the money is good. Simple but decent breakfast buffet is more than adequate as a start for the day. No complaints!

The room was nice but very noisy. The guest above were hard footed and up a good chunk of the night. Didn't do the breakfast, I slept because of all thenoise in the middle of the night.

The price was good, but the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and appeared dingy. The breakfast options were good but we were in a van and parking was difficult due to the small spaces and limited underground parking.

The location was great for us, We needed laundry and oil change. There was a laundromat and JiffyLube next door. Bed was comfy, night was quiet. Breakfast was good. Overall a decent no frills stay.
