Everything overall was great, just a few tweeks needed. The hot tub wasn’t working and that was one of the main options we wanted. Great view and location

I called and inquired about the deposit and they confirmed it was $50 and when i arrived they told me it was $100. I told them i called the hotel directly ro confirm and they still denied it. They also charge for parking but do not give you anything to place in your car. Why bother paying for parking if anyone can park there.

The room was dirty, broken handles, door to small balcony carely opened, the cooling unit filter was filthy. There was no free breakfast, which was included at the time of booking. The location was convenient, beautiful views but the building is run down. The food prices were incredibly high. $40 a day to self park your car.

The room had ants and it was visibly dirty. The hotel was very noisy late into the night (I think this was coming from outside the hotel, but the location of my room was not quiet, and it is a very noisy area at night). The condition of the hotel felt run-down.

Balcony was crumbling and had algae growing on it. No garbage bags. Carpet by balcony door threadbare and needs replacing. No microwave. Minimal toiletries ( only bar soap ). Coffee maker in room only provided 2 non dairy creamers per day and 3 packs of coffee. Poor ventilation in bathroom. No fan. Outside our room each morning were 3-4 men who seemed to be working on the dock. They were loud and cursed a lot, yelling the f word and other obnoxious comments. For the high room price the parking fee of 40 a day should be included and breakfast should have been provided. Even the coffee in the lobby wasn’t free. 8 dollars for a latte that came out of a machine???? Come on……. On the plus side our bedding was changed daily and the bed was very comfortable… the tv was a good size and enough towels were provided.

Overall we had a pleasant experience. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check-in early. I do not like the fact that we have to pay $40 for parking and there isn't a continental breakfast or coffee bar included.

Problem with AC

The only bad thing is that last week it was difficult to sleep because of the AC. It would turn off and the heat would be horrible. I would open the window and it would turn on and I had to get up to close it, and that's how I stayed up all night.

It's nice but nothing was worth it. They are friendly. Very nice staff. Very fast. But its a hassle to get around the property starting with the parking lots. Then to pay $44 a night to park in the parking lot, you'd expect the parking lot to be worth it. The balcony I had didn’t feel private, so I didn’t use it. No fence around it. Some have fences! But I didnt know that mine wouldn't. It wasn’t worth the $444+ I paid for two nights. The friendly hellos were not making it better. The view didn’t make up for it for me. It was lovely to see! But no. Never again.
