Nice hotel, but very noisy.
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was very nice, hotel is clean, room was smaller than expected but comfortable. The problem was the noise. Constant noise in the hallways until the early hours of the morning and also road noise from the freeway.

Don't pay more for a Bay view
Publié le 17 févr. 2024 sur HotelsIt makes it look like you have a beautiful view of the bay in the pictures, however between that is a parking lot and a freeway, next time I wouldn't pay more for a bay view. Other reviews said it was dirty and run down. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated. The front desk reception was friendly and helpful. Definitely no bed bugs as one review claimed.

I did not like that i was charged another 50 $ when i got to the hotel.that should have been said when i booked the room. There was no handy cap parking. This morning had to go out for food they were so slow in the kitchen.

Although it’s overlooking a major highway, the hotel rooms are super quiet thanks to double-pane windows. Staff is very helpful, location is great for shopping and overall, good value for the price.
