The Space:
The property is an old building, now renovated, where filigree jewelry and watch repair were practiced. Its name was "Rubina" like the classic watches of the 50's and 60's. Now it is an apartment with an equipped kitchen, a multifunctional bar, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, a bedroom with a king size bed and a work area, 2 full bathrooms and a dream terrace. Each of the spaces has unique details in design and decoration.

The Neighborhood:
The premium location of “Ti-Ladeé” allows you to be so close to the tourist attractions that you can enjoy them on foot. The unit is located in the heart of the historic center. Few steps away is located "Sanchez Pascuas" market to buy fresh produce and traditional oaxacan food. To start the day, there is a bakery 2 doors down "Pan con madre".The apartment is located few streets away from the “Andador Turístico,” the main pedestrian street in downtown Oaxaca. Close by is the “Ex Convento de Santo Domingo” and the “Jardín Etnobotánico.” In the same area you will find markets with organic products, laundries, convenience stores, galleries, and party halls / wedding venues. You don't need a car to get around the center

Getting Around:
Without a doubt, walking is the best option to get to know the Historic Center of the City of Oaxaca. Rubina is located just 4 blocks from the former Convent of Santo Domingo de Guzmán.

Rubina does not have its own parking but you can park your car on the street, in front and there is a paid parking lot 2 blocks away.
