This spacious three-bedroom home in the heart of Oban is ideally located just a short walk from the ferry terminal, shops, and local restaurants, offering a comfortable and relaxing base for your stay in this charming seaside town.
The house features two front-facing living rooms, both enjoying stunning panoramic views over Oban Bay. One living room has a Smart TV, perfect for cosy movie nights, while the other provides a peaceful retreat for reading or quiet relaxation — both are ideal spots to unwind and take in the ever-changing scenery of the harbour and bay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, with a large utility room on one side and a bright conservatory-style dining room on the other — the perfect space for family meals or entertaining while enjoying the garden views. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms — two with king-size beds and one with twin beds — along with an ensuite bathroom, a family bathroom, and a shower room, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. There is also a separate WC downstairs for added convenience.
Outside, the property offers parking for two cars at the front and an enclosed private garden at the back, with seating by the back door providing a pleasant sheltered spot to relax. A BBQ is also available, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining on warm evenings. Please note, the garden is steep, so care is advised.
A travel cot, high chair, and stair gate are available on request.
