Would stay again
Davin was very responsive and a great host. We loved the location of the house, being only a few houses in from the beach and thought the value matched the price. There's a lot of construction going on in the area and thought there were bikes being provided so we had to rent bikes, which was an additional cost we weren't anticipating. Beds were comfortable and it was great having a washer/dryer. We enjoyed it but would make a few suggestions to the owner: yard needs landscaping; kitchen needs better cooking pans (as they were all very old); the outdoor shower needs attention; installing a gate on other side of the house would be ideal. The deer would come onto the deck and into the yard from the side that had no gate and it was nuisance to keep the dog away from the deer droppings. Overall, we enjoyed our week here and would stay again!
