Sunsets are spectacular after a day at the beach, which is only a short walk across a signalized intersection. Renovated condo with tile and hardwood floors and new furnishings. The bedroom is complete with a queen bed. Kitchen is open to living room with large breakfast bar seating 4. Living room is complete with queen sleeper sofa with Smart TV . Condo is ideal for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Located on 56th street and is within walking distance to Macky's Bayside, Johnny's Pizza, Alley Oops, Dumser's, Fager's Island, 65th Street Deli and Market, and Seacrets. Includes 2 parking spaces. The location was perfect, within walking distance to almost anything you might need. The views, especially at sunset, were beautiful and we had a great time having coffee in the morning on the balcony and watching all the wildlife in the bay. Would love to stay here again!

Great location with a nice view from the patio. Cute esthetic. Comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom. Brought my own simple egg crate topper for the pull out for my friend. Would suggest doing the same if using the pullout.

This is a very nice condo. Very clean. I loved the porch with table & chairs. The sunset was magnificent. We saw rabbits right outside the porch and watched an egret in the swamp like area beyond the property. The grounds are very well kept and we liked facing away from the boardwalk. Stayed here for the first time last year, and very happy we booked again(and added 2 nights!). Easy check-in, very clean property, and extremely communicative host. You get a fantastic bay view(if you’re lucky like us, see a few storms roll in), and it’s only a short walk to the beach. We also loved the updated countertops in the kitchen, as well as the beach chairs/boogie board for us to use during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a great little spot for a couple or a small family. Check in was a breeze! Good restaurants are in walking distance and the sunsets over the bay are beautiful.

Great spot to unwind

Had a very nice, relaxing weekend at this place. Great area, clean, comfy bed. What else can you ask for? You need to bring your own linens, including towels, but not a big deal for us. Just be aware that the checkout instructions are on the door - read them thoroughly and ensure you have time to unload dishwasher. Would stay again.

Weekend friends getaway

So the location was perfect and very convenient. Loved the patio area to watch the sunsets and have an evening drink. Small walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Having to bring my own bedding and towels was a huge inconvenience and I won't book here again for that reason.
