Room was clean but had a bad smell of paint and mildew. Clear signs of mold on the ceiling and also had an oily residue that was dripping on the back of the coach. Ac unit was in a bad location and the room stayed hot and never cooled off. Sofa bed was very thin and not comfortable at all. Our son had to sleep at the foot of the bed due to it being on a slope. Breakfast was just eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. Pool was in a completely different building which made it very cold walking back across the parking lot.

The service was excellent. Room had a comfortable king size bed, and pretty much a full kitchen with a small fridge, a microwave, a stove and a sink. Plenty of room with a sleeper sofa, too.

Our efficiency room is large, clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was super… kudos to the lady that takes care of the breakfast buffet, she’s on top of things and managing her responsibilities effectively - thank you for that! Though, I do have one negative comment, it’s the elevator - too slow , too small and the hotel only has one elevator. Oh, did I mention the elevator jerks when stopping.

Right on the boardwalk. Easy access. Room was clean, staff were wonderful, smiling faces, assisting, informational. Indoor pool as well as outdoor. Indoor pool was a bit cloudy. Loved had adorable changing rooms next to indoor pool. Good hot breakfast of eggs and sausage. Waffles if wanted too. Always heard from other present travelers how good it was to stay here, and how they always come back.

The room was very clean and smelled good. Staff is very nice and friendly. We had a ocean front room. Its a beautiful view. Its right on the boardwalk close to everything.
