Nice 3BR townhouse located on the ocean block on 72nd Street. With convenient access to the beach from the board walk off the back deck. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Leave your car parked and ride the bus all day for $4.00. The pool is located right at the back door of the townhouse. Plenty of room for a large family. Sleeps 10. Bed sizes King, 2 pyramid bunks (twin on top double on bottom) queen, queen sleep sofa. There is a community grilling area next to the pool. Unit has 2 decks, 1 balcony, 1 patio. Air Conditioning - Mini splits, each room has it own thermostat. Per Condo Association "No open flame, in or outside of the unit, including candles. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
