No pool no bell man no coffee place,no one available after 7pm. No communication about fire drill and hours of alarm noise,key for door not working 😕 wifi unavailable. What a mess that no one told us about .

newly renovated room . beautiful. good price however phone didn’t work due to renovations, testing of fire alarms 2 mornings at 830-900 until 200. every 2-3 minutes. parking good. no advance warning of fire alarm testing when made reservation 😠 said done renovations in may 2024. may go back it seems front desk not interested in customers needs or concerns

Stayed here while having work done at my house , this used to be a nice hotel!! No more hot tub, the beds are stiff, and i ended my trip with seeing a little critter running across then underneath the counter into the gap between the cabinet and countertop. Will not be staying here again, was in a rush to get out and didn’t have a chance to talk to somebody about this.
