Guest access

Once at the Quay and parked there is no reason to leave! With everything, you could need including a game room, indoor and outdoor pool, private tennis courts, sauna, and convenient store all in one building. The only time you will need to leave is to walk up to the beach! Located right past 100th street the Quay is surrounded by local attractions such as great local restaurants, many Put-put courses, and even amusement parks!

Guests must register with the front desk upon check-in. From October 29th-March 31st parking is FREE. Apr-Oct 28th, The Quay charges a $75 non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for 1 car. Second car parking is based on availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis with a price of $12/day or $75/week. This 2nd pass can be purchased at the security desk on the 1st floor. Additional free parking can be found curbside up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Will never stay at this unit again

The floors were filthy!!! Every wall in the unit was in need of dry wall repairs and paint. The beds were rock hard and the worst we’ve ever slept in. EVERY one of the beds creaked so bad it woke the others in the room. The bath towels are stained and need to be replaced. Shower curtains had mold on them. Insides of kitchen drawers were dirty. For the 10 people in the unit, we were only allowed one parking space despite the fact the lot never filled during our 5 day stay. When I contacted lister about the state of the unit, we got a generic “sorry for your disappointment and inconvenience.” They showed no real interest in making it better.

Very dirty

This unit was very dirty and had an odor. Mold and mildew in bathrooms, lots of dirt and dust on floors, kitchen drawers were unclean, dirty walls. This places needs scrubbed from top to bottom. Also, literally nothing to cook with. Unit says it sleeps 12 people however, there was 1 bowl, 4 forks, the very cheap few pots and pans were unusable, 3 can openers that didn’t work. The bunk beds squeak with any movement. Back bedrooms extremely hot. Thankfully, the weather was nice and we didn’t have to spend much time in this unit. It is very spacious and in a great location, but I would not stay here again.

I would not recommend

My family and I will not stay at this condo again. I wish I could include pictures to this review to show the dust and the mold growing in this condo. There were also multiple hazards when we first walked into the condo, completely broken closet doors and screen doors that were not attached to anything and could have fallen over and hit somebody and a rusted and broken chair on the balcony. A few more things future guest should know, the wifi is terrible in the back rooms and the back rooms get very hot. The bunk beds are borderline not functional, they are so squeaky with every single move you make. It was so bad that my one sibling had to sleep on the floor and the other slept on the couch instead of using the bunk beds. Lastly, the place overall is just run down and not what you would expect for the money you pay for this condo. Walls are dirty, paint is chipping everywhere, and there was almost no kitchen supplies to cook or store food with. The view is really great and the rental property was responsive and did offer to bring whatever was missing but those are the only two positives about this condo.

Perfect beach stay

Pictures are exactly what you get. We stayed here with 4 moms and 4 daughters. We loved the easy access to beach. It’s on the 10th floor and balcony over looks the ocean. The bunk beds in the one room were all very squeaky with every move. There was only bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. No hand soaps, we had to buy some. Overall we loved the place. Those were minor but people should know. Samantha was easy to contact through text and responded very quick and was so helpful. The beach is literally steps away and the beach is huge and awesome! The Boardwalk is a short drive away and lots of shopping! Ropewalk restaurant is awesome!

BEAUTIFUL Direct Ocean Front Unit!

GORGEOUS direct oceanfront high rise! Extremely clean, very spacious, and awesome views! The sunrises over the ocean from the private balcony were our favorite. The kids loved the fast Wi-Fi for all their devices! Super short walk to the beach and ample building amenities. Bob and the OC Beachfront Rentals team are very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We can't wait to be back! Thank you!
