This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is located on the bay side of an oceanfront building, offering stunning bay views and breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony each evening. The building features a heated outdoor pool, making it a great choice even during cooler weather. Inside, the condo is well-appointed with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets, new carpets, and newly remodeled bathrooms. For entertainment and convenience, the unit includes three Smart TVs, free WiFi, cable with a family/entertainment package, and Netflix with guest login, as well as a washer and dryer. Maximum occupancy is six guests, and the condo includes one assigned parking space. Please note: the building requires a $50 registration fee upon arrival for parking and amenity access. This is a non-smoking property, with smoking prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and throughout the building and common areas. The owner provides cleaning at no extra charge and includes a starter package with some soap and paper products. A linen package with sheets and towels is available to rent for an additional fee.

Nice property, nice pool , close proximity to the beach and a pretty good view of the beach and the bay. Didn’t like the additional 50 parking fees. Think about it, the owners must have a parking pass and it should be good for all renters. Other than that it was a beautiful beach week .

Great place, would rent again for sure!

Great location, very convenient to the beach and to restaurants. Condo is exactly as described, very clean, bright. Kitchen and bathrooms feel recently refreshed. Would gladly come back here again!
