Your perfect beach home.

‘The Banyan Beach House’ is a great holiday house or retreat for couples or families.
A clean, very well presented 4 bedroom holiday home, with a bright fresh atmosphere.

The house is a 3 min drive to the local Beach, a 5 min walk to the Market Place shopping center and a 10 min walk to the Bellarine Aquatic and Sports Centre.

Inside, the home is spacious, comfortable and well equipped with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 separate living area's with Smart TV's and a table tennis table in the Garage. The 4th bedroom also has a TV and PlayStation. There are 2 split system air conditioners, fans and a cozy wood fire for winter months.

The house is split level with the master bedroom and a large living area upstairs.

A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and large dining table will let you entertain for 8 people.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, large walk in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 has a king bed, which can be separated to 2 singles if required.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk with a double bottom and single top.
Bedroom 4 has a sofa bed, large TV and a PlayStation for the kids

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

There is a heated outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt after a day at the beach.

3 outdoor sitting areas are provided, including a large under cover patio with gas bbq.

Secure undercover parking for 2 cars and space for additional 2 cars off street as well.

As the property is in a quiet street amongst permanent residents, we don't allow schoolies or large party type bookings.

We are strictly non-smoking and do not allow pets.

If you have any particular needs that are not described please ask us on your booking request form and we will try our best to oblige.

LINEN:
All beds have good quality bedding and mattresses for your comfort. Mattress protectors, pillows, large sized quilts with covers supplied.

Good quality linen, including bath mats, tea and hand towels is supplied at no extra cost.

It's a great place to spend a few nights at, it is an older house, but very well maintained and clean - spacious and convenient for our 2 families travelling together. Communication was great with the host and he made us feel welcome. It's a bit further from Ocean Grove main street, in a nice and quiet area.

Great size home

My family and I had a great weekend. Plenty of room for everyone with great backyard. The home had everything we needed plus little extras in the pantry. Easy walk to supermarket and short drive to beach. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderfully set up holiday house

Oh where do I start? We travelled as a group of 5- grandparents, parents and an active 6 year old child and this house was PERFECT for us. From the thoughtfulness of the hosts checking with us about bedding configurations, to the house containing everything we need (including salt and pepper!) We loved it, and will definitely be back! Thank you.

Fantastic Property

We stayed for 11 nights. Extremely clean and modern. Owners very easy to communicate with. A great house in a quiet area. Close to shops 8 min drive to the main beach. So glad we foumd this property. We've stayed before and we will be back again!

Lots of space

Perfect property for a large group. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to hang about in, with lots of things to keep the children entertained. Loved having a cafe around the corner for a morning coffee while Woolies was only a 5 minute walk away. And a welcome gift is always appreciated. only a 5 minute walk a2ay.

Very Comfortable - great for families

Very comfortable for family and grandparents. Plenty of room and comfy beds. Property and garden beautifully maintained. Great TVs! Property in excellent condition and kitchen well stocked with utensils etc. Only small issue is that you need to drive to the beach - not easy walking distance - but easy to get there by car. We will stay again!

Just perfect!

What a lovely home away from home. We stayed the weekend with another family. It was very comfortable for two small families. Open plan kitchen dining, 3 living areas with TVs. Heaps of out door space area to bbq, for kids to have fun - with table tennis and - adults to have their own space too - nice garden area to have a stroll. Super clean and tidy with just the right amount and type of decor so you don’t have to worry too much about ‘stuff’. The spa was a treat! Shops super close and new yummy cafe literally 5 minutes away for a much needed coffee! Did I forget the beach? Amazingly beautiful and quiet this time of year - we pretty much had it to ourselves. Hosts were lovely! Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

A lovely home away from home
