Welcome to OIB on Turtle Time a luxury vacation rental property in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina! This beautiful third-row home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for your coastal getaway. With its prime location, guests can enjoy a picturesque canal view from the front of the property, as well as a refreshing private pool. Heated pool now available for additional fee.

When you choose to stay with us, you'll have access to a range of fantastic amenities. Our property includes central heat and air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, a convenient washer/dryer, and smart TVs with internet access for your entertainment. Additionally, we offer an enclosed outdoor shower and dressing room for your convenience, ensuring a seamless transition from beach to home. And of course, the highlight of our property is the 12'x26' private pool, where you can relax and soak up the sun in you’re own backyard.
Located just 4 houses away from the beach access at Monroe Street, you'll have easy and convenient access to the beautiful sandy shores of Ocean Isle Beach. As a guest, you'll also have access to the community house restrooms and showers, providing you with everything you need for a comfortable beach vacation.

The main floor of our home features a bedroom with a luxurious King memory foam bed and a private bathroom with a shower. There is also another bedroom with a King memory bed and a private bathroom with a shower In the spacious living room, you'll find a large flat-screen Roku TV, perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

On the second floor, you'll discover a bedroom with 4 twin bunk beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. There is also a bedroom with a King memory foam bed, complete with a private balcony overlooking the serene canal. Additionally, a fifth bedroom with a charming Nautical-themed bunk bed, featuring a twin over full with a twin trundle.

We had a fantastic stay. The property was very clean, the location was phenomenal, and having access to a private pool made the trip even better. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. They were incredibly responsive on multiple occasions, including when we ran out of propane and they had a new tank delivered within the hour. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We had such a lovely girls trip to Ocean Isle. The house was well stocked, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the short walk to the beach and coffee shop. The few minor issues were solved quickly by the host. It is a lovely and newly updated home with lots of cute details.

This was our first time in Ocean Isle and we had an excellent time! The location of the house is great, just a quick walk to the beach, Coastal Wine & Tap and Drift Coffee Shop & Kitchen (highly recommend checking them both out during your stay). We loved that we were able to truly make this a family vacation and take our shih tzu with us. The house was clean, however it does need a little TLC but nothing that would deter us from staying again.

Best Vacation!

My husband and I invited his side and my side of the family for a big family vacation. It was perfect for us! The house was very nice and clean and super close to the beach. We had a blast. Its conveniently located to all the fun activities in Ocean Isle. We would definitely stay again!

Family gathering

Perfect location. Close to the on island shops, restaurants, town park, and the beach. The house is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. It was too cold to use the pool but the kids definitely enjoyed the ping pong table and front porch.

Great for kids

We were traveling with 6 adults and 4 children, ranging in ages from 12 months to 7 years old. We were so impressed with how accommodating the home was to the kiddos. We really enjoyed our stay and Heather was very quick to answer any questions I had.

We truly had a great trip. We had 13 people and never felt "packed in". Having access to the private pool and so close to the beach was wonderful. If youre staying here, RENT a golf cart. We tried when we arrived at the house but every rental place was completely booked. Had we known ahead of time, we would have rented one when we reserved the house.

House was great! We were located close to shops, ice cream and putt putt and could walk. The beach was also within walking distance. The kitchen sink doesnt shut off if you dont get it "just right" but that didnt cause us any issues. A couple chairs were rusted and broken but we just set them to the side so we didnt use them. If you rent this place, RENT a golf cart AHEAD of time. We weren't aware we could use one and tried renting one while there but, the 3 places we called, didnt have any available. The place could use a few more extra blankets. Also, different pool side chairs. My dad was with us (hes 85) and the lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and stools werent comfortable for him. Overall, the house was AMAZING and so was Heather. I highly recommend this place. It was lovely and had everything we needed to enjoy our week there.
