Fully furnished townhouse in Ocean Park Meadows is available weekly for this summer season! Hurry to choose your prime weeks now!! This second and third floor 2 bedroom sleeps up to five people, has 1.5 baths, is fully equipped including all linens and washer/dryer in unit. Featuring a sunny, large rear deck with a gas grill. Ocean Park Meadows is a well maintained community of 94 units in a 10 acre park-like setting with mature trees, ponds and only steps from seven miles of sandy beach. Amenities features tennis courts, clubhouse with kitchen, function room, fitness center, saunas, and an outdoor swimming pool (saline).

Very nice condo, well located, fun times! Everything is as described, I strongly recommend! The patio is amazing. Lots of useful beach stuff in the locker, including a buggy. Only thing to know beforehand: no A/C, it can get very hot. Also the dishwasher wasn’t working.

Perfect location in OOB

Ocean Park Meadows is the best place to stay if you are going to Old Orchard Beach! Close enough to the attractions but in a quiet, peaceful spot, and walking distance from the beach. Plus the amenities are great: swimming pool, gym, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, etc. It’s perfect for families! The unit itself could use some upgrades (kitchen gear, decor, mattresses), but the location makes up for these small details. Be aware that this unit (like most places in the area) is close to the train tracks, and lots of trains go by at all hours, many of them with their horn blaring. Also, it is a condo so there are many site rules and owners who live on site will let you know right away when you are breaking them! (for instance no towels on the railings, no balls in the pool, etc.)

My wife and I have been coming to Ocean Park since 1968. We have rented many different places over the years. Our stays at Ocean Park Meadows stand out as our favorites among many great vacation weeks.

Great location in Ocean Park!

Well located, close to the beach, with a pool, gym and tennis courts on resort. Well equiped kitchen and nice place for a family. Owner was very nice and responsive. Only thing missing is the AC which is much needed during summer. Would come back again to Ocean Park Meadows!

A favorite place

This was a nice two-level condo with two upstairs bedrooms with bathroom, and a nice kitchen, dining area, and family room on the lower level. We try to stay yearly at these condos and this was one of the best we have stayed at. Only wish it had AC on the 90+ days we were there but it did cool down at night.

Great beach vacation!

Location was great for walking to the beach and restaurants/entertainment. Beautiful beach! Nice pool and gym facilities. Neighborhood was quiet. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped, owner was very easy to work with.

Really great stay! Super clean & beds were really comfortable! Family friendly area, and nice and quiet when you need it to be. House had everything we needed. Would definitely go again! A/C in the units would be my only recommendation, but we lucked out and didn't really need it!

Perfect location

We have stayed in several condos in Ocean Park Meadows primarily for the location to the beach. The boardwalk is a short walk from the condo, easy enough to do with older children. The salt water pool is perfect for everyone, very clean and a very short walk from the condo. Appliances and pots and pans could use an upgrade but everything worked well enough for a week. The second floor deck was a nice treat in the early mornings for coffee and evening for dinner and drinks. Overall, another great stay in Ocean Park Meadows!! We made a lot of great memories with family.

Great Location

We had a great stay at this Ocean Park condo. It is in a perfect location; quiet yet close to beach and stores. The space is exactly as described. The washer/dryer, dishwasher, grill and well stocked kitchen were nice to have available. A favorite spot was the outside deck for morning coffee and dinners. Host was very responsive to questions with quick communication.

Comfortable, convenient, cozy, and situated perfectly!!

7 days, lots to see and do. Quarter mile to pier, amusement park and arcade. Great food nearby and couple of hundred yards to the beach and ocean. Within 15 miles, antiques, lighthouses, and rocky coastlines. Portland is just up the road with more great food, fishing, whale watching and other activities. Had a great time in Maine and Old Orchard Beach!
