I had to pay for my reservation on the Thursday check in wasnât until the Friday.
On Friday October 10th at 5:44 we arrived at the hotel. We had a four hour drive this day. Upon walking in and checking in , itâs looked very nice but we werenât ready for the nightmare we would encounter after a long drive. We our room key we headed to our room to save our bags because we were just checking in and leaving for the evening. We were given room 129. Walked I. Noticed the bed sheets were dirty but bed was made. The towels in the room had hair all over them and so did the tub along with soap scum. I went back to the front desk and told her that the room was dirty. The lady took me to look at another room. Room 130 if Iâm not mistaken. Everything looked good but the ac was broken. As I was getting my room key my husband came out to tell me. She then proceeded to show us another two rooms , that were supposed to be ready to sleep in and clean but they were not. The 3rd how stuff smeared all on the mirror along with a dirty bathroom. By the fourth room I was annoyed and tired. I had to buy a container of Clorox wipes to clean my own room. Ac barely works , bathroom was dirty. Pee under toilet seat , my trash was not taken out. Soap scum all int the tub and shower. Water mold around the drain and faucet. I am a housekeeper myself for an oilfield company. I clean company men houses. There is no reason for these rooms to not be cleaned. There is no manager apparently on weekends on duty
