We stayed 3 nights morning shift is horrible if you wanted clean towels you have to walk to the laundry room the guy who does laundry act like he didn’t want to give me clean towels. Speaking his language kinda going off. Hair was all over bathrooms corner in every room was still dirty. Breakfast only had eggs, biscuits and gravy no sausage or bacon or fruits. Second shift the young guy was awesome though

The checkin staff was not very friendly. Didn't mention breakfast or time so we almost missed it. Bathroom had dust and hair on floor. Cobwebs behind Bathroom door and just needs good cleaning.

It was a great property to stay at. My only concern was that the breakfast time for the weekends was different on the key card pamphlet than actually at the hotel. So I missed included breakfast on the first Saturday I was there.

Hole in window. Window couldn’t close all the way and it was storming so the entire room was wet from the humidity. Multiple soft spots in the floor (mainly near the window) smelled like mildew. Mold on the stairwell.

The experience was horrible from check in. Check in time was 3 pm, we showed up at that time and were told the room was still dirty. We get to the room and it was not cleaned. The fire alarm was detached from wall. The night stand had crumbs all over it. The water in the bathroom shower was cold. The staff was rude from check in. The asian woman was rude and cut me off while i was speaking. The pictures on the website was not what we arrived to. There wasnt even cushions on the outside patio furnishings. States pool time are until 12 pm, when infact they are closed at 9 pm. Everytime we would ask for assistance the receptionist couldnt be bothered. I do not recommend anybody stay here. Ive been treated better at a motel 6. There were chicken bone all over the pool area as well. The shower was nasty and the polish worn off so you couldnt even take a bath. It was disgusting

The two different girls at front desk were very friendly. Comfortable beds. Good price, but you get what you pay for. VERY dirty rooms, and I mean disgusting!!! Mold on bathroom ceiling, grunge around base of toilets, corners of floors and tub. Smoke alarm was hanging down from ceiling.. Breakfast, though free was horrible and tasted like it had been warmed over multiple times. After the first morning we did not eat there again. Would never stay here again.

The Staff on the night shift was polite and kind. The room was big and the bathroom was clean and I enjoyed the hot tub in the suite. Of course they didn’t tell me there was a switch with a timer on the wall for it. I thought it was a button on the tub. But once I figured it out it was great to relax and spoil yourself.

Outside around property was good but we found bugs in the bed and the tv didn’t work in neither of the rooms we were in and was moved to another room.. No manager on the property to speak to about the problems we had.. terrible stay… No refund, no discounts, nothing!!!
