Approximately a mile from the water, Clark Cottage is a beautiful, two-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of Ocean Springs beaches, as well as just down the road from the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district.

This charming, newly renovated cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large fully fenced-in backyard, and use of a six-seat electric golf cart.

Clark Cottage is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Clark Cottage features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you want to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The large open living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV, an electronic fireplace, and has a comfortable futon to provide an additional sleeping space.

In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed, SmartTV, dedicated workspace, and an attached full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Smart TV as well, and the hallway guest bathroom has a combination shower & oversized tub.

The property has high-speed wireless Internet, and ceiling fans for additional cooling throughout the home.

The backyard is a large, fully enclosed fenced-in space perfect for furry friends to frolic. There is also a propane grill and outdoor seating around a fire pit to relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast breezes.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, garage & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

While at Clark Cottage you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. The property was really nice and in a great location on a quiet road with a cul de sac. Everything looked and felt very clean. You could drive the golf cart into town within 5 mins. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The back yard was perfect for our kids and pet. We enjoyed using the golf cart to roam around Ocean springs and it being a 6 seater was a huge plus for our family of 6. The patio in the backyard was very nice as well for morning coffee and late night football games. The kitchen cookware/silverware was a little limited compared to some other VRBOs I've used but had everything you needed to cook small meals. If anything could be upgraded it would be having a better "office" chair in the bedroom. If you need to do any work while you are there, there's not really a comfortable place to do that.

Love, love, love the MS Gulf Coast and this is the perfect hub for a visit. Easy access to both beaches, easy access to Downtown. Beautiful home on dead end street, great neighborhood, gorgeous Live Oak tree, relaxing back porch.

A Lady’s Getaway

The house was the perfect size for us and what we needed. The master is where I stayed, which had plenty of room for my dogs kennel and her bed and all of my stuff. My friend didn’t pack as much as I did so she chose the smaller bedroom.Love the open space of the living and dining area and the doors that led outside to the patio where the TV and sitting area was would love to have stayed longer have to plan a trip to go back. We really enjoyed the visit. Everything was clean. The yard could’ve been mowed. My dog is small so I had to make sure she didn’t get into the higher grass otherwise the place was awesome.
