Welcome to your Oceanside oasis — a stunning beachfront upper level condo offering 3,000 sq. ft. of beautifully designed living space. With six spacious bedrooms, each featuring its own full bathroom, every guest enjoys the perfect balance of privacy and relaxation. The primary suite offers a luxurious king bed, while the remaining bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.

The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with panoramic doors that open to a private ocean-view deck — perfect for grilling, dining al fresco, or simply soaking in the sunset. All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Definitely not worth the money!

Let me start by saying that the house location is nice and enjoyed watching the sunsets/dolphins from the balconies. We had lots of issues during our stay however. Becuz we were staying only from Fri 4pm -Sun 10am, we asked to check in earlier. They offered 2pm check in for a lot extra. We would have paid more to get in at 12, but that much $ for only 2 hours was crazy. There was no flexibility, even when the house wasn't being used prior. Parking is a huge problem. We knew about space for 2 cars only but thought the mgmt office (for extra parking) was close by. It isn't. We had to shuttle people all wknd, which was a pain. There is a ripped laminate floorboard in the main room that we tripped over all wknd. Bath doors don't lock. We saw that the main hallway had wires hanging from the ceiling and no smoke detector, the spa wasn't filled with water (tho we specifically asked to have it cleaned, filled, and heated prior to arrival due to short stay), and one of the ceiling fans in a bedroom wouldn't turn off bcuz it had no chain to pull to turn it off. We called the office and a maintenance man came, looked at things, left to get supplies, and returned later to fix things. He was there a long time and so Fri dinner was interrupted by having a stranger there. BTW, the only way to attend to the fan and not have him come back on Sat meant he had to cut power to it so it couldn't be used all wknd. A huge issue was that there were not sufficient cooking pans, pots, serving bowls, etc to cook for 12 ppl. The ad said there were supplies to make a Thanksgiving meal so I assumed it was stocked, which it wasn't. For ex, there was a medium and small skillet only, so we had to cook ground meat for tacos in the medium skillet, put it in a bowl and cover it to try to keep it warm, cook the second batch, then wash the skillet to warm up tortillas. There was 1 big bowl to hold food to re-warm in the microwave. We served food from the pots in many cases. We could never get the dishwasher to work. I have the same brand of Bosch dishwasher but could not make it work. We hand washed the dishes. We texted them on Sunday at checkout about these issues, not wanting people there during our stay again. Would not give some $ back bcuz we didn't inform them immed. Said getting $ back only for spa. Overall, the mgmt. co is run like a corporation w/ no personal touch and extreme rigidity. Definitely not worth the $ paid and we won't rent anything from them again

Didn’t quite live up to the description

The location of the house was great. It’s a beautiful area and you can’t beat the ocean view. The house wasn’t very clean. There was hair in several of the beds. I dropped an earring in our bathroom and had to look under the vanity for it. It was very dirty underneath. There was still Sheetrock mud and dust from the construction or remodel. There was no broom in the broom closet and the vacuum didn’t work. The glass stovetop was broken and didn’t work well. The hot tub hadn’t been cleaned. When we called to have it emptied and refilled they sent a guy over with a bottle of spa disinfectant he wanted to just add to the dirty water. For the price we had to pay per night we expected the house to at least be clean.

Perfect staycation!

This beachfront home was exactly as represented. There is plenty of room to spread out, every level has an awesome view, and there is roomy space for a large family dinner and game nights. Other than walking along the ocean, we happily stayed in the property and had the most memorable family vacation!

Property was not clean and sanitized

Property was not clean and sanitized at check-in. The dining tables were still sticky from syrup and visibly dirty. There were crumbs in the fridge, dried up food marks on the fridge, oven, cabinets and walls of the kitchen and hallway. There were visible footprints on the wall. We turned on one of the bedroom fans and the duvet was immediately littered with dust bunnies. Same bedroom at huge layer of dust on the headboard too. There was a stain on the sheets and hair on the pillow of one of the other guest rooms. The garage door did not close and was not secure. The garage was overflowing with trash bags stacked against wall from the other property occupants. There was an AC unit that made loud noise but for AC to work all units must be turned on. Both infinity doors did not lock properly. I called property manager immediately at check-in to communicate these issues, sent pictures, emails, and texts and issues were not resolved in a timely manner. Spending the rest of my stay on the phone with the property managers trying to get these issues fixed was not an option. Nor was vacating the property for a day to have it recleaned and serviced.
