The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. I was warned by others never to rent that property again. It was just a horrible stay, the beds were very hard and worn out. It’s like you sleeping on a piece of board. The community it’s was nice and great security. But I regret staying in that exact villa, that was the worst part of my trip.

We thank you for your review which isnt correct at all and we ask that you speak the truth. Firstly your reservation was cancel by yourself. When you realise you could not find anywhere else near ocho rios you ask if we had something else for you and your partner., We offer Drax hall Country Club that we ask you to look at firstly. You were very happy until you ask if you can brings friends & relative to stay and the answered you received was a firm no. You even told my staff that you would give a negative review because of you not been able to keep a party at the property. You then proceed to be extremely unkind every thing was an issue you broke the door lock and claim it was like that when you came a further level of dishonestly. You went on and on claiming that you didn't want to lose your 120 USD deposit and it was your girlfriend whom broke the lock. Can we also point out for 4 days out of the 7 you wasn't at the property because your girlfriend (partner) had fell out with you and we had heard from security that you was rude and disrespectful I even came to check that she was okay since she was on her own. We also felt you was horrible and you will never be welcome into any of our properties again, We have ensure Expedia has the copies of our communication through what's app to show that you're not honest in your communication.
