Located perfectly on the most beautiful spot in Ocho Rios. Short walk or drive from major touristic attractions . We Loved the hotel spaces . Food options were vast and the restaurants were amazing . Everything super clean and the staff was so so nice and helpful always . Only issue - shower dispensers for shampoo and conditioner were terrible , had to resolve to use my mini ones because they would not work , and there was no body wash. Thank you for a lovely stay

Vegetarian food options are limited. Vege options were mixed with meat/seafood. Quality of fruit was sub optimal. Although papaya is available year around, option was not available when we were there. Disconnect between front desk/request call and service staff.

I wasn’t impressed at all

Staff not friendly, not reservations available for dinner on the restaurants except the buffet, a lot of walking and steps to go every where. The food was good.

My family and I had a phenomenal time at Moon Palace! From the moment we arrived on the shuttle, we were met with a warm welcome from the hotel staff and greeted with cold towels, flowers, and refreshing beverages-everything was spectacular. Antoinette made our check-in seamless, Tanisha ensured our room was perfect every day (we even had a diffuser that she had running everyday), and Simone at the spa worked wonders on my back-thank you! Room service was also top-notch; we’re still reminiscing about our delicious morning breakfasts of ackee, callaloo, bammy, and both fried and boiled dumplings. As a vegan family, we truly appreciated being able to enjoy our ackee and callaloo without saltfish. While I do wish there were more plant-based options at the buffet for dinner, we made do with what was available, and the chef even made an effort to accommodate us at one point. On our final night, we were treated to a complimentary family-style dinner, and we chose Indian cuisine. Let me tell you-it completely made up for the limited plant-based options earlier in our stay. The food was absolutely delicious! Overall, our five-day stay was unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to the next time we visit Jamaica (our birthplace) while making Moon Palace our home away from home.

Horrible experience start to finish

Horrible experience start to finish. Checked in at 2 pm and waited 4.5 hours for our room to be ready. After a couple hours they promised an upgraded room but that turned out to be the standard room. All of the food options were gross. Bottom shelf alcohol options. The clean beach was the only redeeming part of the trip.
