New for 2025! New pictures coming soon. The Cozy Cottage is a charming and unique three bedroom home with a wrap around screened porch and two outdoor showers. Centrally located but tucked off the main road, it is easy walking or biking distance to many of the shops and restaurants.

3 bedrooms: 2 with queens and a full bath with tiled shower in the main house and a detached barn with two built in bunk beds and a full bath with shower.

Amenities include a complimentary wireless internet, two Smart TVs, and mini split central heating/AC. Kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, and standard coffee maker. Washer and Dryer.

Exterior offers two screened porches, a screened deck off the barn, two outdoor showers, gas grill, fish cleaning bench, and picnic table.

Sheets and towels provided.

No smoking/vaping allowed. No pets allowed.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Can’t stay an entire week? For 2025, this home is in the Stay Your Way program and can be reserved in advance with any arrival and departure date, your “mini vacation” is subject to a three night minimum. Yes, even in the summer! Stay Your Way homes can be booked months in advance.

Amazing unique property! The screened in porches were so comfortable and large! All rooms and bedding were in excellent condition and the open living room to kitchen was nice for everyone to hang together. Great location for walking or biking everywhere!
