Parking was quite difficult due to the Sunday afternoon staff failing to give us a parking garage map and good instructions on how to access the city garage we needed to park in. There is no drive up to unload bags . Not good for handicapped. You have to find the city garage, park in the designated Hotel Odeon spots. Make sure you park in P09 area or you have a big distance to travel by foot through the garage to the elevator. We spent an hour trying to park our car. Mark was the saving grace on the evening front desk. He took off the parking charge for all the inconvenience.

The staff gave me wrong room and unwilling to apologise or show any respect for the mess they created. Although they refund me but the attitude lack any empathy or willingness to fix the issues.

This was the ninth of ten accommodations we stayed in during our trip to Scandinavia and it was clearly the best one among those. Our room was spacious, had air conditioning, and was quiet. Definitely the best sleep of our trip.The breakfast buffet offered fewer choices than some of the other hotels, but everything was offered was high quality. The dining area was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located right on the central walkable shopping zone and is very close to the historic Hans Christian Andersen neighborhood and fairy tale park. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with tasty breakfast and pleasant staff. Parking is extra and located in a parkade a short walk (1-2 minutes) from the hotel. Good quiet location, not many restaurants nearby but plenty within a 10-15 minute walk.

Modern hotel. Convenient parking with very close and easy hotel entrance. Very comfortable room.
