The staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall the building was clean. However, the building definitely had a "lived in" feel because a lot of the furniture and carpet had cosmetic damage that on first look seemed dirty. Also there were some large stains on the hall carpets that looked bad.

Staff was great. Room was a disaster. Furniture very scratched and marred, lamp shades were torn, paint had peeled in bath area, caulking looked nasty.
