A great stay here as a base for skiing - gondola 5 min walk away. Spar shop so close for snacks and breakfast supplies from fresh bakery section. Very clean rooms, nice restaurant and pool was lovely to have. Recommend cafe Heiner for food / ice cream / cakes and also pizza rustica for take away / eat in for anyone visiting here.

Amazing room and kitchen, spa is so-so

The first thing we thought as we entered the apartment was WOW. The place is HUGE. You can tell a lot of effort (and $$) went into the place, as quite literally every item in the kitchen was WMF. We loved the apartment in every single way and felt right at home. The spa is somewhat disappointing, however... We have been to several spa resorts and hotels in the past, and this was a rather small one without many options. There were plenty of saunas, but only one pool which was, in our opinion, too cold to swim in despite being heated. Also, since this is not an adult only resort, expect children diving and splashing and being quite loud - also in the saunas, despite "quiet" stickers glued in some areas. Also, communication wasn't always great. We paid for a stay with breakfast, but upon arriving they told us there is no breakfast available. When we contested, the clerk checked again and then had us fill out a form detailing what we'd like to eat. The last thing is that there was a hiccup with payment - they overcharged us 40 Euros after checking out because they mixed up the room we were at. My partner didn't notice at first, but when I did, they refused to believe there was an error on their part. I was just about to call Hotels.com customer support when suddenly they realized their mistake... But all in all, was a great experience.
