The living room, with double sofa bed and satellite TV, overlooks a terrace equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the park of the villa. The two bedrooms both have a large wardrobe and double bed, the bathrooms have a shower and the largest also has a washing machine. Parking spaces are available under the house for guests.
The "Pascià" residence offers guests beautiful gardens, a large playground for children and an area equipped for sports directly on the lake offers: large 18x8mt swimming pool , a children's pool, two tennis courts, private beach with direct access to the lake and mooring for small boats.
