Poor front desk service

Front desk staff were not friendly/not helpful. For example when asking directions to local attractions such as the “marginal way path” they were uninterested in providing information, acted inconvenienced, and when info was finally provided it was too brief to be helpful. Had to go to another business to get directions on multiple occasions.

The room was large, clean and had all amenities...hair dryer, retractable drying-cord, ironing board, microwave and fridge. The Milestone is conveniently located 6 minutes from the main shopping center with restaurants in Ogunquit. There is a complimentary continental breakfast available too. Great value for money.

Bed was so comfy. Very walkable to footbridge beach. Room was refurbished and large but had minor unfinished work. Breakfast very sad looking. Did not eat it was so poor.

Nice stay, but…

The room was comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and friendly. My only complaint would be that it appears that nothing is recycled. That is probably par for the course for hotels/motels, but it would be nice to see that not everything ends up in the trash.
