This place is perfect! Great location and large room with view of Ogunquit Beach. Food was excellent and service was great as well

You feel the stairs are narrow if you have large bags. The room was cute and cozy.

This is a lovely old inn
Posted Sep. 25, 2023 on HotelsWe had a lovely stay! The best things about staying here are: location, parking, size of room, view and mostly the staff!!
The things that we were less than pleased about was the area behind building where the outdoor stairs to our room began. There is a need to tidy up the area and paint the stairs given that it is the only way for us to enter room #7.

Good location but the room was horrible with holes in the walls and stains on the ceiling tiles. Had to walk up 30 stairs on the outside to our 2nd floor room that overlooked a bar across the parking lot. The a/c and the tv did not work. I wouldn’t stay there again for free.

This was one of my most awful stays and I travel a lot!
My room had no bathroom, as opposed to the description on the site. I had to travel down the hall with a key.
The pub was right downstairs and there was no way to fall asleep before 1:30am, after the last drunk people left. I had an important workshop the next day and woke up a complete mess.
Definitely misleading description and do not recommend
