First time staying here and it was great! Very clean! Comfy beds just not a fan of 5 small pillows on the bed instead of 2 or maybe 3 king size pillows. The room was serviced everyday and was appreciated! The only bad thing I can say is the elevator was very slow. Other than that it was great!! Great location and very convenient to excellent restaurants and shopping!!

While the facility was in good shape, although renovations are taking place which caused some noise, the staff was not very friendly/outgoing. The breakfast area had a cereal dispenser that was broken and the coffee machine was not working. Desk staff refused to give a copy of the bill at checkout saying it was against hotel policy to give a copy of a bill for a room reserved through Expedia. (Two other hotels on the trip reserved through Expedia gave a copy of the bill with no problem.)

Hotel had some construction going on, so there was regular noise throughout the daytime. Hotel was very clean and good little breakfast. Biggest flaw is minimal parking.

On a night with a tornado outbreak, three hours from home, and work training at 8 in the morning they would not check my son into his room that was paid for because he was 20 years old. Unreasonably cruel to an amazing young man trying to begin a career with work training in the city. Zero compassion from the man at the desk. We don’t know his name only that he had an Indian accent. Maybe he hasn’t been in a tornado yet. I don’t know and I can’t as a mama understand his lack of compassion.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. The staff is always friendly and help take care of any issues promptly. Short drive (across the highway) from multiple restaurants and kid friendly entertainment.

First off they called to ask when I would be there. I’ve never had a hotel call and ask. It made me feel rushed and I chose the pay at hotel option. Never had issues getting there and changing the card on file. They decided to charge my card before I even got there and left me with $13 in my account. My room smelled like curry as soon as I walked in. TV was not working and they couldn’t fix it until the next day. Breakfast tasted like it was heated up in the microwave. I went to check out and the guy was confused why I was checking out. He kept asking are you checking out early? I had to tell him multiple times I was not. I asked for a receipt and he claimed he couldn’t give me one. This hotel stressed me out so much. I will not be staying here. Holiday Inn is so much better.
