Honestly. We are members of Omni and love their hotels but our stay this time was disappointing. Our comforter was stained. I ordered breakfast this morning and was brought the wrong food. I asked them to leave the breakfast at the door and knock. Instead they knocked and called out room service and woke up my husband. Worst of all we called for our car 20 min before we went down stairs. 45 min later we asked what the deal was and they never pulled our keys. I get that they are busy but they need to do better.
