This is managed by a rental company who charges for early check in. This place is pet friendly, so although it was clean there were still remnants of dog hair everywhere. Place was fine for a short stay but very rough, the place needs a little love. Outdoor furniture could have been better, nowhere to sit with shade. Also, the train is extremely loud at night, more so than during the day. Be prepared to wake up multiple times a night.

This house has plenty of space, a quite neighborhood and great location. We had a few issues with things being dirty and appliances not working, but these were taken care of quickly and efficiently. BVR was great to work with

We had a lovely time! The location is excellent. Although the place technically sleeps 8, it would be more comfortable for a group of 5-6.

Nice house close to the beach

This house accommodated our group quite nicely! The home was clean, property was nice. Unfortunately it rained for most of the time we were here, but despite this the house never felt crowded. On the day it was not raining, it was only a short, easy 5 minute or less walk to the beach; about 15 +/- walk to the pier. I would definitely recommend this home if you have a larger family/ group that you're traveling with!

Very clean home. Big enough for larger family. Quick walk to the beach. Very responsive rental agency. We’ll appointed kitchen allowed me to cook comfortably. Two full bathrooms was great.

Great home for week's stay near the beach

Other than a few very minor issues upon our arrival (inoperative microwave (replaced), broken can opener (replaced), and clogged upstairs bathroom sink), the house was clean and spacious. The only problem, but not a surprise, was the nearby train tracks.

This house was perfect for me and my family! It was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including basic spices! Location was great and the neighborhood was quite!

We enjoyed being so close to the beach. We were able to make ourselves and home, made breakfast every day, watch people and their dogs walking by. Two bathrooms was key. We came for a wedding so we were busy with that, but plan to come back so we can enjoy more.

Comfy and close to all

The house was clean, spacious and had all we needed to enjoy a beach vacation. Everything was in walking distance only 7 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the pier. At night the area was quiet with nice neighbors. We will definitely return. Lastly the team of Bayley Vacation Rentals were very responsive and always available to answer questions as needed.
