The TV was not working correctly (we could not turn down volume or mute it or turn the TV off). We notified the front desk; she came and tried to fix but could not. She offered us a new room but we had already unpacked and my baby was sleeping. She mentioned the manager could restart the TV but no one ever came. She texted and asked if she could do anything else and asked for a credit or discount would be nice but never heard anything else. Poor communication and customer service

Yes, our problem was noisy neighbors. Both sides of our room had people up all night hollowing and shouting, small children running around and getting yelled at on one side and then adults having no respect for others in the motel.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast variety was good with more options than expected. Parking was convenient and I felt safe coming and going from the parking lot. Overall, it was a very good experience. We would stay there again.
