It is an excellent location close to restaurants and the train. We were able to store our bags there while we went to Machu Picchu.
The sound of the river outside our window helped us fall asleep

close to restaurants, scared valley & train station, Host was very nice & made us good breakfast. Building is old & lot of constructions around, otherwise good value for money!!

Room was old and poorly maintained. Shower water was barely lukewarm. Very disappointing

Definitely a hostel, not a hotel. The water would not turn off all the way, no soap or shampoo was provided. Pillows were dirty.

Fairly simple accommodations, but the staff was fantastic. The front desk staff made us a take away breakfast since we were leaving before normal breakfast hours and they willingly kept our luggage until we returned to pick it up the next day.
