Were there from Thursday to Sunday and housekeeping didn’t touch our room once.

Let me start by saying Evelyn at the front desk was AMAZING she talked with us like we had been friends forever. Suggested different things to see and do. Made sure we had the things we needed. Now, let’s talk about housekeeping. We checked in on Thursday (5-30-24) and checked out on Sunday (6-2-24) room was neat and tidy upon arrival. Not once did our room get cleaned even after we put the sign on our door to refresh the room. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and trash bags ( again this is where Evelyn came in, she needs a raise). As for the noisiness our room was on the same side as the gas station so not the hotels fault. All in all our stay was good we toured the city of Omaha and enjoyed the weekend.

This hotel was so easy to get to after the concert at the CHI center. The gal at the front desk during check in was really accomindating. Great stay

Staff was nice - card(s) never seemed to worked. Clean inside. Pool area was the reason we stayed and that was great!

We had a good stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast selections each morning. Staff were attentive and kind. We enjoyed the hotel amenities our room was nice and clean and I thought the beds were comfortable. Appreciated nice accomodations for a budget friendly price.
