Staff was friendly, hotel was updated and clean, pool was warm and breakfast was delicious!

I was suppose to get a room at comfort inn and i seen another location so i went to that one bkuz i prefer that location. They said they charged 82 a night plus a 100 deposit so i said no because my other one was cheaper. Long story short i didnt stay at neither. I canceled my stay and they are still trying to take over 100 dollars out my acct. I dont like that and for this low star hotel they are charging to much. Good thing i have my card locked!

The manager was one of the most polite and considerate individuals I've been blessed to encounter. He was very understanding and nice to me and my co worker who were working out of state and encounter allot of hotel personnel, some who are not very concerned about ones comfort after a hard day of work. Not the case here, the gentleman offered to have breakfast made early to accommodate our early schedule. The rooms were clean, the pool was alright and the fitness room could use a little TLC. The manager said the breakfast was made by a cook who was sure to put love in the main ingredients for breakfast, and he wasn't lying, Good biscuits and gravy fresh fruit. It was amazing. Thank you Omaha!
