Desk attendants did not volunteer information & when asked questions, only provided grudging responses; amenities listed were not available: no restaurant or bar on the premises & no pool available; exit sign pointed directly to guest rooms, not the stairs; dirty linens in the hallway for 24 hours; hallways not vacuumed in the 4 days I was there; room was decently clean.

We have stayed here a couple other times before, this time was worst. Started at the front desk, i made my reservation for a handicap room cause I'm a leg amputee and upon checking in, the young lady asked if i would switch rooms and give someone my room who actually needs it. Very disrespectful. Got to the room and then found out it was a queen and not a king. We managed cause we didn't want to go back to the desk. Before arrival i asked for extra towels and a extra blanket, did not receive those. The room was just...okay. Stains on floor and curtains, bed was hard and pillows were to soft. Pretty nice size tv though. My wife wanted snacks that night and they have a decent sized shop by the desk that sells drinks and snacks, come to find out all the drinks but water were expired and the snacks they were selling were stale. Only thing that was remotely nice was the breakfast, even then it was very limited.

Will never stay again. I was too scared to shower.

The rooms are not well insulated. There was a baby crying next door and a couple talking most of the night. I was able to hear a couple men that were having a conversation about photos three rooms down while I was laying in my bed.

The hotel is just dirty, it smells in the elevators and the rooms. There’s grime in the tubs and the elevators smell like urine. The front desk girl was so sweet though! Be nice to her.
