Room doors slam shut
Publié le 13 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis is a nice hotel, but here is a big downside, the room doors make so much noise when they close! I try and close the door gently but most people just let them close by themselves, and they slam. You really need to fix that!

Clean, Comfy Hotel

I would have given staff a 5 however there is one employee there that works in the kitchen for breakfast that was rude to us at one point. Every single staff member there is great except the one kitchen guy with light brown/blonde hair. He got really mouthy with my husband at one point on our trip when they ran out of a food item and my husband was irritated and the guy responded in a very unprofessional way, other than that the place is great
