You will enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in this 1 bedroom condo. Floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has everything you need for a great beach getaway...located on the 4th floor directly beach front.. from the balcony you can enjoy the ocean breeze and views of boats passing through Perdido Pass.

Master bedroom offers a King bed and a flat screen TV. Living room has a 55" flat screen TV and a Queen sofa sleeper making the unit able to accommodate a total of 4 guests.

Updated fully equipped kitchen features full size refrigerator, glass top stove with oven, dishwasher and all the small kitchen appliances to make your stay feel like home. Also includes full size washer and dryer located inside unit.

Free Wi-fi offered inside unit and throughout the building.

The room was great! Next time I will bring my own pillow though. They were kind of flat. Tried stacking 2 but it was too high.
A friendly pelican let take some pictures on the day we were leaving!

Check in at different location was silly, wasn’t given wristbands and didn’t know those were needed until we were approached by security asking to see them. So we had to make another trip to different location to pick those up. Condo was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was in terrible shape! You couldn’t see the phoenix logo in the pool due to cloudiness and bugs and trash floating made you not want to enter the water. Chairs and so low with very few to accommodate the elderly or those with health issues. No umbrellas for shade and only 3 chairs. I understand this isn’t the owners responsibility but for the price we pay, HOA should be on top of these issues. When it was brought to security walking around they said oh it wouldn’t help to clean. No details to show what and where the amenities were located. Paying for parking and you have so many empty Owner spots was excessive to us. Balcony furniture was nice, my husband enjoyed the comfort of that. Washing machine was LOUD.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway with Stunning Views!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view of the ocean right from the balcony. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and walking the beach. The hosts were attentive and even checked in with us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The location, view, and comfort made this a perfect beach getaway. Highly recommend!

Condo was as listed

We don't normally vacation in OB, so the area was new to both me and my husband. We had no idea where we were booking and luckily the location was convenient to pretty much everything. The condo was clean and as listed - no complaints at all with the unit. The complex is older and needs updating in my opinion with all the other available choices in the area. Would recommend this unit.

Beautiful!

Husband and I spent 5 nights at Matt's condo. The condo is beautiful, well decorated. Bed very comfortable. Shower, awesome. The condo was very clean. And the views - incredible! We really enjoyed our time there. I would recommend you bring your own beach towels. And, the umbrellas and chairs for the beach are a rental on the beach. We would definitely visit again!

Love this unit!

Unfortunately we had to move out due to the noise from hurricane proof windows being installed. However, the owner and Vrbo gave us a full refund! This was the 3rd year we rented this unit and will rent it again!! It’s a beautiful unit in a great location!
