Full walls of glass allow all that glorious Alabama sunshine to stream into the free-flowing living space. After busy beach days, gather on the huge plush sectional and cozy accent chair amidst chic decor and high-end finishes to steam your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV, curl up with a book, or simply enjoy the views.
The enormous, spacious kitchen overlooks the living area and the stunning Gulf views beyond. You wonât even mind cooking with such an open layout. It has white cabinetry, endless granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make meals at the beach. Plus the crew can keep you company at the huge breakfast bar with seating for four. Whether youâre a barista or bartender, the accompanying wet bar is the place to be with a sink, ice maker, single-cup and full-pot brewers, a blender, and more. When itâs time to dine, a cozy cafe table for two or an eight-person formal dining table both offer picturesque Gulf views.
With three beautifully decorated bedrooms and four full bathrooms, there is a private retreat for everyone in this home. A king bed in the primary suite, two queens in the second bedroom, and two full beds in the third bedroom comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Each bedroom is decorated in soothing blues with a flatscreen TV and a private bathroom.
Outside, the expansive private balcony is the best spot in the house. Sip your coffee with a lovely Gulf breeze, enjoy afternoon naps on a cushioned chaise, indulge in many outdoor meals at the six-person dining table, and plan endless adventures in Orange Beach. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The condo was perfect for us as it had two walk-in showers. As older travelers, the higher beds are a little difficult but we managed. Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and only steps from the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed; the separate bar area with the ice maker was great. The staff at the desk were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely choose this condo again.
The view was spectacular, overlooking the lazy river and pool. The condo was clean, high quality, and well maintained. All the furniture, appliances and fixtures were clean, well maintained and new. This condo was far better than some of the others we entered. We were there for a family reunion and visited several units. We were glad we chose 2502. The other units were nice, but this was a cut above.
This condo was beautiful, spacious, & clean. Even being on 25th floor the elevators were so much better than expected! We came across this condo because our other reservation 2 days before departure had issues and sent us scrambling to find a condo that fit our family configuration with beds and rooms. This was beyond what I expected and had an extra bathroom!!
Donât feel we should have to pay for parking. Wasnât in description. When I called to inquire I was told condo came with 2parking spaces. Didnât realize it was 2 spaces that needed to be purchased!!! No happy at all about that!!
